New Pricing Plans of SmatBot
SmatBot has introduced 4 varied plans, including a free plan. Not just this, we also offer a free trial that doesn’t require credit card details to explore and test our features and then decide whether you should invest in our paid plans.

Free Plan: This is our forever-free plan that costs nothing. With this free plan, you can build 1 chatbot and enjoy 50 chats per month.
Old Pricing Model:
In our old free plan, we offered the following features:

- Supported Channels – Website, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Landing Page, and Mobile App
Other than the free plan, SmatBot offers three paid plans: Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. These plans are available in both monthly and yearly subscriptions, giving you the flexibility to choose the plan and payment option that best suits your needs.

Starter Plan: This is our basic plan with all the required functionalities. If you go for our yearly Starter subscription, this plan will cost you Rs. 1490 per month. But if you select our monthly subscription, you will need to pay Rs. 1890 each month.
In our Starter plan, you can create 5 chatbots and handle 1000 chats per month.

In our old Starter plan, we offered the following features:

- Live Chat – 1 Live Agent and Canned Responses
- Security – Standard Security Protocols and 2-Factor Authentication
- Integrations (Self-Support) – Google Sheets
- Insights – Chatbot Analytics, Live chat Analytics, and Template Message Analytics
- Notifications and Validations – Lead Email Notifications, Email OTP Validations, and Hot Lead Notifications
- Core Features – 30+ Question Types, Dynamic Response (Third Party API and Self setup), Appointment Booking (Google and Outlook Calendar), AdWords Tracking, Export Voice Enabled, CSV Chats, and WhatsApp Broadcast Messages.
- Access to Channels – Website, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Landing Page, and Mobile App.
Note: WhatsApp is not included in this plan. You will need to pay extra if you want WhatsApp Bot & Broadcasting functionality with this plan.
So, if you choose to have access to WhatsApp Bot & Broadcasting feature, then this plan will cost Rs. 2390 if billed yearly and Rs. 2890 if you opt for our monthly subscription. With this feature enabled, you will be able to handle 1000 WhatsApp chats per month.
Moving to our next plan,
Pro Plan: This is our most popular and recommended plan because, with this plan, you will have access to all of SmatBot’s premium and advanced features.
This Pro plan is available in both monthly and yearly subscriptions. So, If you choose to opt for our yearly Pro subscription, you will need to pay Rs. 4700 per month. But if you wish to proceed with our monthly Pro subscription, it will charge you Rs. 5500 each month.
In this Pro plan, you can build up to 10 chatbots and handle 5000 chats per month.

- Security – Standard Security Protocols, 2-Factor Authentication, and Lead Data Masking
- Integrations (Self-Support) – Google Sheets, CRM (Standard), and Webhook Integrations
- Insights – Chatbot Analytics, Live chat Analytics, and Template Message Analytics
- Notifications and Validations – Lead Email Notifications, Email OTP Validations, Hot Lead Notifications, and Auto Email Followup
- Core Features – You will get access to all the Starter features plus Multi-Lingual (Upto 2 Languages), AI Speech Answering, AI Bot (self-setup), Intent Mapping, Contacts Dashboard, Android App for Live Agents, WhatsApp E-Commerce and Whatsapp Catalog.
- Access to Channels – Website, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Landing Page, and Mobile App.
Note: WhatsApp Bot is not included in this plan. You will need to pay extra if you want to have access to WhatsApp Bot & Broadcasting functionality.
With this functionality enabled, this Pro plan will cost Rs. 6000 if billed yearly and Rs. 6500 if you select our monthly Pro subscription. With this, you can handle 1000 WhatsApp chats per month.
Our third plan is Enterprise.
Enterprise Plan: This plan is ideal for those with specific requirements and who want to have some customization related to the product. You can contact us at support@smatbot.com with your custom requirements. At SmatBot, we have a proven track record of offering custom services to our customers from various industries.
As per your business requirements, you can add the below-mentioned add-ons to your custom plan.

WhatsApp Conversational Pricing
There are two types of conversations, each with its own price:
User-initiated conversations: User-initiated conversations occur when a user sends a message to a business or company. When a business responds to that message within a 24-hour period, then it is considered a user-initiated conversation.
Business-initiated conversations: Business-initiated conversations occur when a business contacts a user. A message template will be required for these conversations.
Note: The cost of WhatsApp is based on the number of chats. During a 24-hour conversation session, unlimited messages can be sent at no additional cost. The cost of each conversation varies by country.

- SmatBot provides Customer Support Bot for free in all the plans, whereas other chatbot building companies charge separately for Customer Support Bot.
